Want to stay motivated in your fitness journey this winter? One Loudoun Winter Training Program with =PR= Run and Walk is underway and it is never too late to sign up! The Speed/Interval program will include up-tempo training, hills, fartleks, intervals (on or off a track pending availability), etc. This program is appropriate for new and competitive runners — volume/intensity will be adjusted to fit your individual needs. All fitness levels welcome! We cannot wait to see you!
