May 4: 9:00 AM - Yoga with TFE (The Fitness Equation)
The Fitness Equation will provide a Yoga class to kick off the wellness event on May 4, at 9AM for all different levels of yoga. Yoga aims to create a union of the body, mind, soul, and universal consciousness. Our instructors will guide you through 3 types of yoga, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, and Yin.
May 5: 9:00 AM - Walk or Run with Potomac River Running
Potomac River Running will be on the Plaza with demo shoes to try out. Stop by the PRR table on the Plaza with their Staff's Wellness Faves to promote a healthy lifestyle.
May 9: 7:00 PM - Zumba with TFE (The Fitness Equation)
The Fitness Equation will provide a Zumba class on May 9, at 7PM. Enjoy a mid-week energy boost with The Fitness Equation!
