One Loudoun’s mixed-use development expansion will further elevate the dynamic One Loudoun community by adding 86,000 square feet of retail space, a full-service business hotel, between 23,000 and 34,000 square feet of premium office space, and 400 luxury multifamily units. Newly signed tenants for this next phase include Arhaus, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, bartaco, and Tatte Bakery and Café – with additional notable brands and restaurants to be revealed in the near future.
